Service Estimates
Quotes are based on job details provided by the customer, including volume, material type, access conditions, and labor requirements. Final pricing may change if onsite conditions differ significantly from the original request.
Scheduling and Arrival Windows
Service windows are estimates. We make every effort to arrive on time, but traffic, weather, and prior job conditions may affect arrival timing.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe property access, disclosing relevant hazards, and confirming ownership or authorization to remove materials.
Prohibited Materials
Utah County Hauling may decline to remove hazardous or regulated materials where removal requires specialized licensing or handling beyond standard hauling scope.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commercial accounts may have approved invoicing terms.
